Note: We as a company/individual will never ask you for your credit card details or OTP or password of your credit/debit card. Please do not provide them to anyone under any circumstances.

Q. How much time you will take to deliver the products? 

We generally take 3-10 days to deliver your products regardless of your location. This is the maximum we would take. In normal case, your product will be delivered to you within 5 days. 

Q. Why do you take 3-10 days to deliver?
We put a lot of efforts in providing the trendiest design without compromising on the quality. Because of this, we are always flooded with orders and so sometimes it might take some time to dispatch your order. But we guarantee that the products will be worth the wait.

Q. It’s been some days since I made the payment but I still have not received the products. What do I do?
Relax Your money is safe with us. Sometimes the shipping of the product might take 7-10 days. If after 18 days you still have not received your product then please contact our Customer Care team support@kenadams.com with the issue in details and attach the relevant screenshots. We will issue refund in no time.

Q. What is your exchange policy?
Do not worry if the size does not fit you at first time. We will exchange the size with your desired size. You can initiate the exchange from your end by dropping us a mail at support@kenadams.com. Please note: You have to bear shipping charges of Rs 50 for up to 2 Items and Rs 100 for more than 2 items.


Q. What is your refund policy?
If the order is cancelled before shippING, the full refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days. If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a bank refund upon request, after the package reaches back to us. In case of Defective/Damaged(in transit) , once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as reward points as per your convenience. For further information refer Return policy 

Q. I got my item today but they do not fit me. What do I do?
If the apparel you ordered does not fit you then write us at support@kenadams.com . We will arrange a pickup from your place and once the product arrives back at our warehouse we will dispatch the size that you had requested.Please note: customer have to bear reverse shipment cost of Rs 50.

Q. Why are you charging so much for Cash On Delivery and is it refundable?

We are a small Indian startup not backed by any investors as of now. Due to limited fund and resources we have, we are not ready to bear COD charges. Therefore these charges will have to be bear by the customer itself. Also, please make a note : these COD amount will not be a part of refund amount and will have to borne by the customer itself.
